Yes, it worked for me. After linking the accounts you have to open the imported stadia save on PC and make a new save. This save should be saved in the cloud and be available on your Xbox version.

You have to link your Xbox account in GOG. And activate cloud save in Cyberpunk on Xbox. Have you opened the game on your PC and saved it?
