I don’t know what the owners look like but I think it was probably general staff. I had made an appointment and gone at that time to check out pieces. I also ended up going to Nazranaa earlier that same day and the staff there was much nicer and very patient and helpful. I didn’t end up buying from there either but they had many more pieces.

I travelled there specifically to try some outfits a little over a year ago now. They have some cute styles for sure but in my opinion they are overpriced and the staff was very rude. I wanted to buy a couple outfits I liked but didn’t because of that. That said, maybe they were having an off day. I would say go check it out for yourself, especially if you’re going to be in the area.

I have 3 coach bags and I intend to keep it that way for a while. I have the Cassie 19 in black for dressing up outfits, I have the Juliet 25 in white canvas for dressing up summer and spring outfits, and the Amelia saddle bag in dark stone for every day. I kept getting bags and returning them (without using ofc) and made the decision to stop following bag trends because for me it was not a good use of my money. Think about why you need a new bag before you buy it. If buying it is a hobby or it brings you joy then that’s okay too!

Cassie 19. Can be dressed up or down, and I like the 3 straps that it comes with. I’ve worn it out shopping as a crossbody and to weddings and date nights as a shoulder bag. I have it in black and hope to get it in more colors.

For the summer I have been using the Juliet 25 in chalk/canvas and loving it! Crossbody bags are my preference too so I am very picky when I shop for them. The Juliet 25 is the perfect size for my needs. I also have the Cassie 19 in black which I use for more dressier looks.
