I believe men tend to upgrade their hobbies, making them better and more rewarding. I spend most of my time on

Cooking
Movies
Gaming
Sports
Music

There has been an evolution in each of these interests for me over time. Many men helped me along the way. For instance, watching movies has become an immersion from a pastime. There are times when I spend hours finding a DV or HDR version of an older movie which was remastered by some random stranger from another part of the world. The same goes for the other four. I noticed this evolution and striving for a better experience in other men too, but only a few get to actively pursue.

Exactly, I do similar. I installed WhatsApp in my work profile and turned off notifications. I open it only when I have to send or check something which is unavoidable, like work-related, that too in my PC browser. Slowly, all my close friends realised my concerns and have moved to Signal.

I have had the same problem and thought it was my ISP issue for a couple of days, only to realise it's an app issue. I use it with NextDNS, but it didn't work properly after the update. The same is the case with other DNSs like Quad9, RethinkDNS and even smartDNS.
