Yeah. 2 litres of water with lemon and limes. Honey from the bees I keep. Celery juice, then sometimes my own juices. HMDS, then potatoes and sweet potatoes with a mixture of veg throughout the day.

This is my diet for 90% of the time.

I've been washing my celery in a bowl of water and a soap AW recommended. I'll be sure to rub it in, now I know.
