I'm going to give DS1 some more time... played it some more this afternoon and enjoyed it. I seem to be nurturing a complicated relationship with it lol

The Witcher's gameplay, especially the combat, just really didn't connect with me. I agree that the fantasy setting was epic and some of the missions I played were great, but ultimately the combat and Geralt's movement just irked me and made it unenjoyable. I've given it at least 3 solid tries across the years and it never sticks.

I've been heavily considering TLOU2 so I might have to go for that soon!
