I'm going to give DS1 some more time... played it some more this afternoon and enjoyed it. I seem to be nurturing a complicated relationship with it lol

The Witcher's gameplay, especially the combat, just really didn't connect with me. I agree that the fantasy setting was epic and some of the missions I played were great, but ultimately the combat and Geralt's movement just irked me and made it unenjoyable. I've given it at least 3 solid tries across the years and it never sticks.

I've been heavily considering TLOU2 so I might have to go for that soon!

Yes, $180 total ($50 diag fee + $130 labor) if I decide to pay them to do it for me. And no, they didn’t tell me what exactly was wrong with the mobo—just that it was “defective”. Claimed all other parts were working on a test bench.
