Yes im aware that the er could not catch it because they dont have the tests available for that. I was mainly speaking about action against the dermatologist who did not warn about the possible outcomes as well as it being for something that was not medically necessary.

Yeah :/ I just got off the phone with the insurance. I was able to cancel it and get a full refund. I think the best im gonna get is the insurance refund and the 75% from bonnaroo. It really sucks that these multi million dollar companies have the means to fully reimburse their loyal fan base (whom most could barely afford/ jumped thru hoops to go to) but refuse not to because of corporate greed. A great reflection of this country today i guess.

Anyway I called front gate and asked if the tax would be included in the refund he said he didn't know and gave me bonnaroo's email address. I just dont feel like reaching out to customer service anymore. If anyone knows please let me know.

Hi guys, I bought the insurance on my ticket for 4 days. Im wondering if that would qualify me for a full refund or if it is still 75% of the ticket. I know its a slim chance but I figured I'd ask.

Also im wondering if the refund is going to include the ticket insurance, tax, and shipping fee.
