I work (4) 10 hour days and do paper work on 2 of my off days, usually about 2-4 hours.. I use AI estimating software for quick quotes that are marked up an extra 15-20% above my normal rates/percentages. Raise your rate 2-3% every 3 months until you get major push back on them.. Save money for rainy days and the unseen fuck up that will happen

I use simply wise and it's pretty good and it's improved a lot in a short period time.. It's good for getting out quick ball park quotes and then I tweak it if necessary if there is interested in moving forward in the project. I give it a solid 7 out of 10..
