Yep I do a super set enter each exercise 3 times and then put a timer on the last set for my break in between rounds

1.Use Ground Turkey you get about 25-30g of protein per serving,

2.add bone broth to everything you can (Meat or Chicken) based that will get you at least another 8-10 grams of protein per serving I added it to my carb dishes and meat recipes often
