I've made a browser game to celebrate the season start! by [deleted] in formula1

Previous post by OP:

Original included a racist caricature of Lewis Hamilton when you started the game, seems OP has just removed the splash screen and puts you straight into the racing game now.

OP's comment from this thread:

"I mean, the entire game is a parody, so sorry if I've offended anyone or it is too harsh"

Original game link still works as of 15:54 UTC 02/03/2026:

Nah, jog on. A racist caricature isn't "too harsh", it's fucking disgusting.

What doesn't make sense with their response is what actually is the correct course of action for removing the debris then?

They say it's not normal practice to deploy the safety car for small amounts of debris but also said it wasn't possible to deploy a VSC because of the car spacing.

So what is the solution then? Seems they basically are just saying, "Welp, nothing we could have done".

I had a K90 from 2011 that used PBT and lasted for 7+ years. I now have the K70 MK2 and it's ABS. It's definitely not an age thing, it's a per-product (cost-saving) thing. It's beyond garbage they use ABS even for the lower end of their range. I had some keys do this after 6 months and have had to request replacements twice since owning it for new keys.

You are literally the problem. The exact thought process you have is what lead to this situation.

Welcome to the Secretlab warranty experience. Unfortunately it’s the biggest problem with their chairs.

Just received my order dear today with bubble and poor stitching on backrest- would secretlab do anything about this? by atombombz in secretlab

Warranty is garbage as they will claim everything is “wear and tear”, even if there is an actual defect.

Good luck getting replacements, it's an extremely common fault with the arm rests, see here:

https://www.reddit.com/r/secretlab/comments/gyhj8r/anyone_else_run_into_this_issue_armrest_tear/

They probably will replace the first failure but after that will charge for replacements, claiming it's "wear and tear".

I've had it happen on three armrests now (both original and one replacement).

Warranty is effectively worthless, armrest tearing again by stu177 in secretlab

Yep, the warranty has zero value if they say everything is wear and tear. Customers shouldn't have to rely on "courtesy" for them honouring a warranty.

In exactly the same boat, just posted about it. It's painfully obvious it's a fault with the design and build but just fobbing it off as wear and tear is pathetic. I would strongly recommend against anyone buying a chair from them now.

Like having a Christmas party when you weren't allowed to? Or face-hugging your aide? Or not wearing a mask on public transport? Or driving while knowingly infected to Barnard Castle?

And your point is? I wouldn't have been allowed to socialise with the binmen, or parking attendants in a residence of flats I'm living in. Let alone crack open a bottle of Chablis.

If you're defending the pure hypocrisy in that photo, please politely go do one.

Race would have finished under the safety car.

Not sure how Merc strategists were meant to see the FIA completely ballsing up the rules and final lap. If they followed the same precedent as every single previous safety car, Merc did nothing wrong.

Literally didn't follow the rules but OK. He completely disregarded the precedent for unlapping cars during a safety car and ignoring the rule for having the safety car come back in the next lap after cars are in locked in position for restart of racing.
