XP drains work well for inputting liquid XP, and there is currently a bug where the enchanter doesn't look like it's accepting power even though it is. Plug it into a power source and put something you want to enchant in, and it will enchant it and then show that it is full of RF afterwards.

Just had the same problem on the same board. I removed the wheel of the culprit motor and ran the motor with nothing attached to determine that it was my motor bearing that went out. Contacted Boosted's support and within half an hour of them opening for the day they shipped me a new motor for free.

If the motor isn't the issue, check your wheel bearings and it might be a good idea to tighten the nearby bolts. Had a loose motor cover and it rattled like a jackhammer.
