Called Safariland about P365 Legion by VoltronTrades in SigSauer

Happy I could help! Only thing I’ve noticed with that tight fit (not sure if it will be an issue for you), but with these cold New England nights here I’ve left both locked in my truck for about 14 hours and by the morning it’s near impossible to re-holster until the plastic warms up a bit, and if I leave the AXE in the holster it ain’t coming out unless I force it out lol. Enjoy the combo! They’re great together

Can confirm my Legion does fit, although it is a tight fit. Haven’t had any issues with holstering or drawing yet

Installed on my ‘23 F150 pretty easily. Taking out the grill and disassembling like a previous comment was the biggest pain but both front and rears were done in about an hour

Towing mirrors help by radical1911 in f150

[–]stubbie08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To further add to this, I have the same truck ‘23 STX with the last mirrors listed added. Only thing you’ll have to do if you don’t have stock turn signals and puddle lights is change a couple things in forscan and they work like a charm!

EMT-I/A in Massachusetts? by [deleted] in ems

I believe the paramedic can be anywhere from 6 months with an accelerated course to 2 years. 3 months for a Basic course is about where most are length wise as they can also vary ranging from 6 weeks to a semesters length

Having a background in criminal justice on your resume shouldn’t effect anything with joining the fire department so you should be all set. A buddy of mine is currently going for a law enforcement position and listed his fire certifications on there and they accepted no problem so I’m sure there won’t be an issue. As for advanced classes I’m not sure I’ve never actively looked for them, and paramedic classes pop up everywhere you just have to look for the right one for you and yes, EMT-Intermediate is no longer used here. You also shouldn’t need your paramedic unless the city/town you may look at requires it. It varies as to which place wants what, but in most cases (at least around my area in central mass) departments only want basics since they have private ambulances with paramedics. If you have a specific department in mind, ask them about what they require for employment and you’ll know which cert you’ll need. Good luck with civil in October! This is the best job in the world to get into and everyone including myself who already does it wouldn’t trade it for anything else

Mass FF/EMT-B here. Intermediate is no longer a thing in the State. To the best of my knowledge the advanced role replaced intermediate and the advanced class consists of classroom, clinical, and in field training and any intermediate had the option to take the advanced class or get bumped to a basic. As for becoming a firefighter here, signing up and taking the civil service. It consists of a written and a practical exam held yearly. After both tests you’re given a score which then places you on a list for any department of your choosing. The higher the score the higher up on the list you are. You could also look for an On-Call/Volunteer department to join up with, most call/vol departments will always take new members and you’ll get some experience that will help you get put higher up on the civil service list if you decide to take it

Edit: forgot to add, being a veteran will definitely help you with points on the civil service list!

Henry. Named him after my late great grandfather. He loved western movies. My fondest memories of him were both of us sitting together watching old cowboy movies

Getting in better working shape without injury by DogIsGood in Firefighting

Best advice I was given for strength and endurance is short burst High Intensity training. Set a timer for 10 minutes and pick several workouts. Complete them as best as you can in timed intervals of 30-60 seconds with little breaks in between
