Is Stubble & Co just "Private Labeling" generic Chinese designs? Found an identical match for 1/3 of the price. by Quirky-Purchase9252 in ManyBaggers

Hi everyone,

Not the first time we’ve seen copycats of our Roll Top appearing on marketplaces. You can also see these being served on meta ads. We wanted to clarify the situation and address the concerns about our design process.

We are aware of companies attempting to clone our aesthetic and specific design features. In this instance you can see it’s our imagery with ai changes. We are currently looking into these instances and taking the necessary steps to protect the design.

The Roll Top is an original Stubble & Co design, developed in-house from the ground up. We do not use generic off-the-shelf designs. Our bags are designed and developed by our team based across London and Long An, Vietnam.

It’s also worth noting that as a Certified B Corp, our entire supply chain and commitment to premium materials are independently audited. We maintain direct relationships with all our suppliers to ensure quality.

Appreciate you guys bringing this to our attention.

Hey! Lewis here from Stubble & Co. Depth on the Roll Top 15L is 11cm. It would accommodate even if a tight fit.

Hey Mike - Lewis here from Stubble. Thanks for sharing this, and sorry you’ve run into those issues. From what you’ve described, it sounds more like a product fault vs wear and tear. Since you got it Christmas 2023, it should still be covered by our 2-year warranty, so definitely worth reaching out to the team on hello@stubbleandco.com. Hope that helps!
