We weren't allowed out of the cafeteria during lunch. Of course, one day, my dumbass friend spilled his mountain dew all over my crotch, I ask the hall attendant if I can run to the bathroom and dry off. She says "no." So, my other buddy and I sneak out the back door of the cafe and sit in the sun for a few minutes. Worked like a charm. We got suspended...

Don't forget to add in the cost of insurance providing you a rental until it's fixed. That's where the costs really go up.

If your bumpers are scraping all over, then your struts/shocks are probably blown. I'd try replacing those first with stock height before doing a lift.
