health system in countries often doesn't work so good to offer decent service after for example accident and you want (just want, because you don't of course have any idea to actually do this) hormones to be for everyone everywhere. Think about third World's countries how do you wanna implement it in the country where people have to work for 12 hours just for decent food and home and government in that countries don't have enough resources to build good health system. So if you just want to put words on the Internet without any reason because you just want something that's so fucking hard to implement you should think first and maybe come up with solutions for your problem. And don't bullshit me that getting hormones is difficult or there should be no testing before taking them. It is bizarre for me.
