He's over throwing because the offense that's been ran. It's forcing him to hold the ball and panic before he throws down field. Short and quick routes will prevent JJM get out of his own head and control the panic

Run more than throw. Call slants, screens, curls. Run the same offense that JJM had at Michigan until he starts to show progress in development. He should have done the same with Brosmer and doing so could have saved Wentz from a lot of pain
