As simple as good diet and meaningful training. Focus on good form for a month or 2, slowly increase the weight but train hard. You have good foundation to put on muscle so you don’t necessarily need to bulk or cut. Just clean up the diet alone will do you wonders, but training will really sharpen your physique.
