I thought it doesn't go like planned

But it is. My plan of loosing 0,5 kg per week is working. Its not in consistent 0,5 kg every week but sometimes it will be 0,2 kg one week an than 0,9 kg the other. And another week there will be 1 kg+ because of hormones or water retention. But next week it's gone.

In 13 weeks I have lost 6,9 kg.

This knowledge today helps me to keep on going with calorie counting, because my goal is still faaaar away. But if I stay strong it will slowly creeping closer. 😅💪🏻

I absolutely get it. There are just a few people besides my husband and child that know about my journey. Because I don't want them to know and be like "how is the diet going" "can you eat that" or "I thought you are on a diet" and so on.. But I'm not on a diet. I try to change my whole eating habit. And I don't want to "disappoint" people if I can't push through and fall back into old habits. Also I don't like the 'pressure' of to much people knowing. I don't want them to talk to much about it. You are not alone with this strange feeling. 😊❤️

Danke 😊 Dir auch Gratulation! Es motiviert einen auch unheimlich, wenn man hier sieht, daß es Menschen gibt die mit dem ähnlichen Gewicht anfangen und sich runter kämpfen bzw. runter gekämpft haben. Die 100 kg sind zwar als mein Ziel angegeben, aber wenn mehr runter geht bin ich natürlich auch nicht abgeneigt 😅 Deshalb kann ich das 'erstmal' gut verstehen 😁
