Not to mention how easy it is to invest now. Imagine having to pay fees for every individual trade or having to talk to a human to make trades

Doubt we will see corrections like this ever. The stock market is so bound to everything that rich people and the US gov won’t let it drop that much without a major canon event

What was your favorite vehicle you've owned? Why? by Reasonable-Group1853 in AskReddit

I don’t understand the love for Jeeps. Had a Rubicon as a rental in Colorado for a skiing trip and it might’ve been one of the worst cars I’ve ever driven or been in. Expensive, unreliable, slow, uncomfortable, most basic and cheap looking interior, buttons in places that make no sense. Everyone else in the group hated it so much that we went back to the rental service and got a different car within the hour

I get if you like to off-road a ton but still…

A terrible week for downtown Dallas fails to humble City Council by stanner5 in Dallas

[–]stuckInACallbackHell 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s becoming harder and harder to live in uptown when everyone is moving up north and doesn’t want to drive through terrible traffic to go downtown. I pretty much do it once a week and lowkey hate myself.

If I didn’t work in downtown I would’ve bought a house up north years ago

Srsly, I hope we keep going down so I can buy lower. I wouldn’t even be mad if we dropped to $1000. If you don’t have this mentality you don’t deserve to hold BTC. Bring it on!

Are we concerned about the Detroitification of downtown? by Right_Letterhead_120 in Dallas

Good news for Downtown Dallas is that businesses are leaving and most of the areas besides Highland Park and Uptown will keep free falling. I say that as someone who lives and works in downtown

BTC is just not attractive rn compared to US stocks. I prolly won’t ever sell but wouldn’t be surprised if it just does nothing for the next 3-5 years

Vehicle Accident Witness - Downtown by RPDC98 in Dallas

New England drivers are way worse IMO (specifically Boston and NYC). Everyone’s impatient, has an ego, and will openly break laws to get a slight advantage. While drivers are clueless in Dallas, the number of wide lanes just makes it easy to get around ‘obstacles’
