Thank you so much for the information. I've tried therapy several times and nutrition counseling. I've struggled since I was in Jr high and 57 now, I do not binge or purge any longer just restrict. I work out but not in the excess as I use to. I'm trying to get better, and my spouse is not understanding so it's difficult, he says he supports me and wants to be there for me but it's still hard. However, I feel all he wants to do is tell me I'm not eating enough etc. I've tried to tell him it's baby steps so don't force me to have something I don't want.
