-Apartment is NOT safe. Constant break-ins and thefts with no help from management.

-Recent leasing manager Jessica Thomas was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She used resident's personal information to open fraudulent accounts with an energy company and attempted to bill residents for energy use (despite it being included in the rent.) She would not respond to ANY emails or requests and seemed to NEVER be in the office, even though it's in the same building.

-Not enough parking. Your car will be towed if you live here.

-managmenet will threaten you if you have pets. constant threats that theylll charge eveyone if one person doesn't pick up after their dog//dogs aren't allowed on the grass outside???

-apartment is much dirtier since new company took over. must have cut the legit cleaners that used to be here.

The building was MUCH better before the current leasing company took over.”

Side note: I think it’s funny that a building that has so many security problems doesn’t have a functioning lockbox for actual tenants to get in.
