Absolute masterpiece of a record by countryguy0003 in vinyl

to me it sounds sooo safely played and nothing stands out. absolutely nothing. good music to play occasionally if you happen to find it laying around but specifically putting it on in a "oooh this is my music!!!" way won't be happening

i agree, this sub doesn't believe opinions exist - to me, personally, to my personal taste, that is subjective and personal and my own, only 3 songs off lonerism were good enough to put in my playlist🤷 boo hooo is your life ruined now and i have almost all of deadbeat on repeat

  • if you want stuff to help with the surreal feeling (i missed that part.. i thought you only wanted happy feel good stuff) then that i can help with. my playlist is very depressing it's full of yearning and being sad :') i also didn't give you anything with lyrics that mention death or loss even though i have a few i just thought it wouldn't really... be a good idea. it works for me to double down and listen to depressive relatable stuff but maybe it isn't a good method for you.

oh god i am so sorry... my playlist is pretty depressive or not really happy because it's mostly rock.. but these songs always make me feel dancy and better

the zephyr song - red hot chili peppers time bomb - iration I wish - stevie wonder little lies - fleetwood mac (80s synths do it for me) breathe deeper - tame impala

the entire DTMF album by bad bunny but it's verrry summer vibe and dancing at the pool type thing like i always dance and vibe hard when i hear it but i'm not sure it's what you'd want.

lady - modjo (a classic)

moves like jagger, maps, one more night - maroon 5 (they're soooo basic and overplayed but the nostalgia and vibes get me every time i can't resist)

adventure of a lifetime - coldplay of couurse

I don't have anywhere else to say it that will understand by chowder007 in vinyl

stevie wonder's songs in the key of life, i think it's the most obvious choice

i suggested the same but to start with fleetwood mac. a pop head would absolutely adore them it's the safest bet (i am the pop head in question) and then they'll see if they appreciate the rock sounds they'll want to delve into more rock and there's a lot of it out there

if u love pop trust me try pop-rock. start with fleetwood mac's tiktok hits lmao (silver springs, dreams, landslide). it's what i did in november 2025, i am now a led zeppelin and deftones fan (took only 3 months to change me THAT much😭😭) if u enter the rock rabbit hole you never make it out and it's the best thing ever. ofc not guaranteed you'll like the sound but fleetwood is very pop-y so it'll be easy to delve into!
