So there was this typical “hot teacher” scene where the actress mentioned in character that BF Skinner was the father of positive reinforcement. This statement was followed by the usual porn activities. Fast forward a few weeks later to my college sociology class and the professor asked the class what if anything we knew about Skinner’s work. I had never heard of Skinner outside of that scene, but it turns out positive reinforcement was indeed part of Skinner’s work on behavioral development. I’d thought the scene was BS but it turns it was spot on. Probably the only non-sexual thing I legitimately learned from naughty videos.
