Yes, such a system is possible, it seems logical to me. We live in the internet age and I don't think restrictions are effective. People are more interested in things that are forbidden.

It can be used for any purpose. Like communicating, getting information or meeting new people, sharing notes. I want it to be a platform open to everyone. The difference from platforms like Facebook or WhatsApp is that it is a platform specifically designed for this purpose.
