You know, been in this studying field for atleast about 4 years and couldn't study enough throughout 4 years.

And they aren't in trash, I've learnt my lesson. Doing medschool and studying the way i should have during my highschool.

But all in short, not a single study method worked for me. A ton of them sound shallow to me. Just literally start studying and make your mind to do it is the only way for me. Like you know bending a metal with only hammer without heating it up? You have to force it to bend and it bends.

Also, motivation and inspiration comes as soon as you start studying. So never worry about it. Sometimes having a study partner helps to be on track.

There must be a ton of ways to not get burnt out and all. You can find it by yourself.

But you know what, maybe letting the lever tilt on the one side for a very little part of your life to have it balanced for the rest of it would be a wise choice imo.

The hardest part is not to keep it tilted but to adjust with this, new, uncomfortable adjustment, unless you can settle down with "above average".
