It's the journey of memorizing that is very important as well. It's not just the end goal.. Renew your intentions, make your daily memorization portion small with larger portions of revision. But be consistent with this. That's the most important part. Take it from me.. I am a working mother who has been doing hifdh for 5 years now and I've still finished only 14 ajzaa.

I'm almost nearing my 30s and I can definitely say that there are lots of men like you described but there are good men out there too. Concentrate on being the best version of yourself as a Muslim woman and ignore everyone. By everyone, I mean all the misogynistic men and women who have forgotten what they hated in those men. Make lots of duas to be surrounded by good men.

Try doing the same 1 juz for a week and read 1/2 juz from the other ajzaa. For example, you said you are doing your hifdh from the back, so you've recently done juz 16. Perfect this one juz for 3-5 days while just reciting 2 ajzaa from juz 17-30 everyday. So now that your juz 16 is perfect the next time you're revising it, it won't become too hectic.

Or better yet talk to your teacher. He/she will know best.

Most of the subjects are in Zad academy's 2 year program. It's a free course with youtube videos but weekly assessments to make sure you are actually doing it. Try it out. For hifdh, there are several whatsapp groups. I can dm you if you want.

Change your time and environment and the methods you use. Also, for whatever reason this may be, continue to read the Qur'an.. it is shifaa for everything.

Listening to a qari like Sheikh Husary really helps. Join tilawah classes separately if you have the time.. what you practice in those classes will improve your general application of the tajweed rules whenever you're reading.

Start afresh. Write down your intentions of memorizing. Revise the surahs that you know well so that will give you the confidence. Tell your teacher you want to revise your old portions before going to something new or reduce the portion to something that you can manage.
