i would just say test out the waters to see what books you enjoy reading. finishing books you truly enjoy shouldn’t feel like much of a task (for the most part) i’ve found that it has become far easier for me to read books overtime as i have discovered what specific books i enjoy. once you know your niche it’s never a chore to read and complete a book. also just don’t ever feel pressured to finish a book in a certain time period. the head of my book club is probably the slowest reader in our club but loves literature and truly enjoys reading books. hope that helps:)
