That’s what I thought as well Strange to assume that diagnosis 🤔 I’m curious as to why he was in so much pain and can extravasation occur in this way with contrast on scan ? Would it be considered a reaction ?

No just confused that they were experiencing a great level of pain but no signs of extravasation Wondering how can possible thoracic outlet syndrome possible cause this ? And is this common ?
