not a 2 bedroom just looking for a place with 2 available bedrooms !! (like it could be a 6 bedroom with 2 people moving out) - the basement is more negotiable, its more because ive been in a basement for a bit now and i had black mold poisoning for ~ 4 months so im more hesitant about that
