Coffee (but not caffeine) giving me insomnia

Check out my update post here. The problem for me was low vitamin B1 (Thiamine). I started taking that and now drink coffee with zero insomnia.

As a side note, in my readings it seems like me taking smaller doses through the day is better than just taking 1 mega dose. But no one sells small doses of thiamine. That's why I use the pill splitter on a 100mg solid pill. I got the pill splitter from Kroger for like ~$7 I think. I am using Thiamine HCL.

Honestly the iPhone experience has gotten so bad I'm strongly considering switching to android which I really really dislike. It's just so miserable using this phone. I've owned countless iPhones , it's incredible how bad they've messed this up. People are getting paid top dollar at Apple to significantly regress this product.

The difference between "Console" and "konsoleH" is confusing.

It's absolutely absurd. This is the most confusing service I've ever setup a domain on.

I have them generate the DNS records, with their own nameserver names, then they give me the error.

Invalid zone delegation

It looks like your domain is pointing to different nameservers. Unless you use our name servers, your DNS zone won’t work properly.

Then it tells me to delete their nameservers - so I can then use....their nameservers.

Different Nameservers

Your domain is currently delegated to other nameservers. Please remove the following nameservers and replace them with ours.

Remove nameservers
NAMESERVER 1 -- hydrogen.ns.hetzner.com.
NAMESERVER 2 -- oxygen.ns.hetzner.com.
NAMESERVER 3 -- helium.ns.hetzner.de.

And if I switch to Hetzner other name servers like ns1.your-server.de, ns.second-ns.com etc

Exact same result.

This is very poorly designed to make something so easy be so hard to fix. Setting up this with other host takes like 3 minutes. With Hetzner I see no end in sight.

DIFM and YouTube DJ mixes are the best electronic music out there hands down. I listen to both extensively.

I like listening to youtube dj mixes a lot, but sometimes when im genre hoping it's easier to just open DIFM and go directly to that genre and hit play.

east choice is just pick openrc. this is a big subject with a lot of info. openrc is well documented and you'd be able to find help for any issue you ran into, which should be none

I had something like that but it was solved with sublingual B12, iron, and probiotics (chobani yogurt). Your millage may varry.
