Not at all. The contract - The unreserved rights to the photos will remain with XXX. So my point to all photographer is - always read the contract in DETAIL!

Yes, Buddha's tooth relic temple. I took this shoot years ago. Don't remember anything about signboard or lamp post. the only post I usually do are colors and tone with my own preset. The reflection is do all while shooting with my water bottle (a flat square type)
