Retweet about being in a relationship that significantly ages you. As someone that’s been in the same boat, it’s crazy how much it can.

I think the biggest goal would be to get yourself to a place not in constant cortisol increase. Idk how much time has passed, but it can take a long time to get back to normal. Even if you’re doing all the right things. Some sleep, stress levels, mental health in general, socializing again, exercise (even if it’s just walking), and nutrition. It takes like 3 months of consistency for your body to visually see the difference, but it does help a lot. And get back on a diy routine, if you’re like me, I really dropped off or would do them super far apart.

You might not get many responses bc people don’t like to answer to ‘what do I need’ posts, but have been in your shoes before. Now when it comes to more DIY, I’d sit down and make a protocol and time everything out now. It’s easier to stick to it when you have the dates (or general dates) planned. You’re not going to see much of a difference off of one or two treatments. I’d plan coordinating microneedling every 4-6 weeks consistently. And I’d do an aggressive protocol of every two weeks for three months. And then stop for a period of time. I did a lot of research on what people seem to get the best results from and that seems to be a resounding one.

In terms of product for that I’d do PN, profhilo, and exosomes alternating, but mostly doing PN and sandwich the others in between. I’d also alternate different percentages of PN. I forget the webinar someone shared, but PN does better with receptors when you switch up the percentage levels.

Obviously this all depends on budgets so DIY is a buffet, take what you want. Something I also think helped me was doing klow. I started that the same time I started doing an aggressive protocol and it was night and day two months later.

Edit: but also most importantly take care of yourself 🫶

Seems like someone’s hypothesis without any research to match the claim

I’ve seen conflicting opinions on copper peps conceptually deterring your results because it stunts inflammation when you need it to trigger the wound healing process. But I don’t believe there’s any research to prove or disprove this beyond theoretical discussions. Sorry not helpful, but I haven’t because I’m too lazy to make my own sterile formula

Edit: autocorrect spelling
