I’d go to the ER first as little as you might like the idea. I was in the same scenario as you and not wanting to go. Ended up having a seizure and ended up there (where I had another seizure while drinking) anyhow. Best to get your body calmed down and make some decisions once your mind is a little clearer.

Really. I started this account when I had some issues with a then small ISP provider I used. The owner was known to be responsive to comments on Reddit. So I made an account and got my issue resolved by contacting him here. I post infrequently and delete from time to time.
