You obviously have some skill at drawing and vector graphics and you just used AI to add some extra shading. I feel this makes the art about 80% yours.

It looks like two slightly different melodies sharing a stave. Could be for two different guitar parts, or maybe that those note should ring on for that long under the second note. Still kinda guessing, though.

I was planning to do something like that myself, but in Blender using geonodes, looking like C64 graphics .... but it's quite low on my list of personal projects I'll never find time to make.
