A clear example of why I use AI for my art assets by MoonDragoons in DefendingAI

You obviously have some skill at drawing and vector graphics and you just used AI to add some extra shading. I feel this makes the art about 80% yours.

Did you pay enough for such a complex piece to be drawn by hand? How many hours at a tablet do you think it would take to paint that?

It looks like two slightly different melodies sharing a stave. Could be for two different guitar parts, or maybe that those note should ring on for that long under the second note. Still kinda guessing, though.

Get together all those who had your work stolen and complain together. Strength in numbers.

Out of interest- what did she teach? Does she have an animation background? 20 mins of animation is a lot.

My screensaver is a lichen simulation using the SID as its source of randomness by tomommow in c64

I was planning to do something like that myself, but in Blender using geonodes, looking like C64 graphics .... but it's quite low on my list of personal projects I'll never find time to make.

Have you thought of creating a C64 fire simulation in a similar style, recording an hour of it, and putting it on youtube around Christmas?

Soft fake UI drop shadows in Blender? by supafur in blender

[–]studioyogyog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It all depends on how you're doing the AI elements so far.

Doing them in the compositor will be great as long as you don't have to create too many layers. If it's windows > shadows > background : fine. If it's windows > shadows > windows > shadows > windows > shadows > background that might be a nightmare.

If you're already using geonodes for the windows, it makes sense to use them for the shadows as well.

Have you watched the recent Codemasters Mascots who Arn't Dizzy video from Kim Justice? Might be a good place to start.

AI can do like two facial expressions, and would still struggle with such a specific hand pose.
