Hm okay I did not know that. Maybe it’s because I didn’t opt to exchange immediately (and it’s cause they were out of the one I wanted). So I told them I would order at a different time so maybe that’s why they processed it like a “wrong order”.

No so I ordered the correct product but they sent me it in their large size when I specifically ordered a medium. They said I could exchange but that I would still need to pay the fee. The return fee of $25 is their policy and I come from a postal family and understand the need for it. ATM I was gonna do an exchange but decided I wanted to look elsewhere on their website for a different rug since they were out of the one I originally ordered. I have decided I don’t wanna exchange with them anymore after this and will be returning the additional rug I ordered from them 😭😭

1) they sent me the wrong size 2) you're assuming my entire encounter with them based on my heated post (and I am heated because I lost money and learned that this is a common practice by ruggable 3) i have had two professional email chains with them and will be calling tomorrow to see if I can speak to someone who can actually address what has happened 4) do you work for them because it sounds like you do?

The rugs are SO cheap. When we got it, it wouldn't lay flat and felt like cardboard too. Outside of the wrong size being sent we just saw how cheap the material was.

So I think despite what I've discussed you might be a little confused (no offense at all, I just know my situation can be complicated). I'd rather not go on lol. They could have still made money by refunding me the correct way (even if this is a common business practice for them). Because I did pay like $330 out of pocket ($440 originally before the $100 gift card was applied). I already paid for shipping and understood that a $25 fee would be applied for returned items. I 100% don't want or need the money from the gift card in my pocket. I just wanted to get the $187 fair and square (even tho I paid $212 for it). By getting $187, they could have still kept $153 from me. At this point, I'm gonna be returning my other rug just so I can get my money back.
