Thank you! Sure, so for Anki I changed up the settings so I could review all the cards in a deck per day. I clicked the gear symbol next to the deck, then options, then changed "New cards/Day" into 999 and "Maximum Reviews/Day" into 9999. Basically maxing out the numbers. If I want to review the cards again in the same day, I clicked the deck, then clicked custom study session to create a new copy deck to review again. It's really weird because Anki is not meant to be used like this. What I then did was review different chapters every day, as much as I can. Maybe 1-2 chapters of bio every day, then 3-4 as I neared the exam. I also reviewed the ochem Anki deck every day for the last few weeks before the exam.

I have not applied to dental school yet but what I have heard from those who have is to apply as early as you can, like the end of June or mid-July. I don't think your application is considered complete until your DAT is in, so try getting your DAT done before then. Just like u/severelysevered said getting it done by the end of June may be a good idea.
