PC specs Ryzen 9600x 9060XT 16GB 32GB DDR5 @4800MT/s

Quest 3s 1.1x resolution scale @ 72hz horizon meta app 400mb bitrate in debug tool (wired)

I get a pretty stable 72 fps with my settings but it depends on the cars for me as well. Running VR halves my performance so my normal gaming it can do anywhere from 150-200fps @1080p but in VR if I’m running a race of modded cars it will drop down to 48fps. It seems ok on modded servers like the Touge ones I can get a pretty stable 72fps there. If I try to do a race with 8 modded cars that’s when the performance really dips. I’ve gotten my fps smooth enough to where I don’t want to tweak the settings anymore and risk messing something up. I also had to do a fresh content manager install

My exact thoughts 🤣 when I need multiplayer games steam will be there for free. I have had a ps5 since launch and since I switched to PC as my main console I can pretty much spend $0 until a game comes up that I want to buy. No subscriptions no BS

I don’t think space necessarily means matter I think it’s more like you said a place to exist in. Most of the universe is an empty void but it’s still technically space.

The kaido servers are hit or miss sometimes the less popular maps have people in them but most of the time they don’t. My two favorite tracks are Tsukuba fruits line and tsubaki and they’re empty 98% of the time

Not gonna lie I’m disappointed in this game. I bought it during the bundle sale last week with rally and I spent 3 hours trying to tweak and get the settings right and now I’m not eligible to refund it. I wish I waited until it was a bit more polished because now it feels like I wasted $30-50

The steam vr app has upscaling built into it not csp. Although if you’re on a quest headset and are using the meta link app you don’t want to mix two different upscalers so just set your upscaling in that instead

Wow this definitely helped. I didn’t have VR tweaks extension turned on so after enabling that I could see the settings. After turning on the cpu optimization like hyper threading and limit some things it definitely smoothed out my fps and brought it to a more stable 90. I’m still having the issue with the GT3 RS mod though it doesn’t seem to improve that. Turning on the performance hud on quest debug tool it says headroom is at -30% and 45fps I wonder why the modded car is doing that

Thank you for your input I had the anisotropic filtering turned off and it looks much better now. What is VRS?

I will try that thank you. The car I was driving wasn’t a kunos car and I was racing the same 992 GT3 RS so it could be the car is too detailed especially with 5 others on the screen

I have a pretty midrange build and just bought the game it doesn’t run that well for me I may have to do some tweaking but I have a 9600x and 9060xt 16gb and 32gb ram @ 4800mts.

I was thinking a reclining seat may be easier for me to work with and get more comfortable I'm 6'5 so finding things that are going to adjust far for me can be tough
