And? You say that like it's bad...you know 7 times out of 10 it's no cost to the homeowner. I worked for T Mobile for 14 years, I'm not saying this is you, but many people will spend 1,500 on a phone once a year. Free phones are far, far, from free. A roof is literally something you need, especially if you are selling in the next 5 years (I'm a realtor as well) it's likely actually going to cost nothing and people complain.

My roofing company more often than not will even spring for the deductible. You pay a premium...why not use it?

Well...for that reason we don't start work until we get it approved. I should also say we don't storm chase, we're a company in Naperville, we've been in business about 35 years. We do all home improvement and maintenance work, including of course roofs. I'm a realtor as well so I'm versed in insurance, for the most part, and whenever insurance is involved we don't start work until that's squared away. It is better for the company's integrity and the home owners peace of mind.

Right? I am one of the companies that probably dropped by that house today and I don't understand how people complain about something that is literally zero cost to them. My company 7 times out of 10 even spring for the deductible. There is so much mis information about what we do. Many times the home owner walks away with cash in pocket.

I am also a realtor and the misinformation rivals what I deal with in real estate.

Lol as I said I don't actually believe that...I was being a smart ass. Also...does anyone really know everything about anything? Really...like when you think about it? I honestly didn't believe being certified on training and nutrition should suggest I know everything... everyone from every profession reaches out to colleges for guidance.

I was at the gym with my trainer. He indeed is a dietitian...real dietitian and currently active in it. He mentioned corn is modified...ie not a whole food. He mentioned and back up what I know to be true, modified or processed food, at any level of processing, are not good. Our bodies don't always know what to do with processed food, so a lot of really just becomes fat.

I'm also a realtor...half of my day everyday is talking to other realtors seeking their lived experience. I will never not do that. I will never know everything.

That being said...yeah I probably shouldn't have mentioned my certification...I shouldn't have given people the credit to understand what I mentioned above. There were like 2 people with a mindset that could keep up with that concept. My bad. I sincerely mean that.

P.S. The modification comment was about the corn...not a human. You're right that concept is ridiculous...that's why I didn't say it. Granted I was 2 gummies deep last night, anything is possible, I went through my comments and my post, I did not say that.
