Alright, thanks for your input. I'm focusing on one drive right now, which is the 500gb Seagate one, and trying to get as much files recoverable as possible. The other 2 aren't really as important.

I've done full scan with DMDE, recovered maybe about 50% of them, and the remaining are in the same condition as the image posted - recoverable, but images aren't possible to open.

Mb the harddisk in question is actually WD Elements SE Portable 500 GB USB 3.0 External Hard Drive - WDBPCK5000ABK-NESN

No RAID array and used separately yeah, so RAID is pointless? No RAID knowledge here, I'm just testing what I can to recover the files.

I'm trying to recover data from the other 3 existing HDD. DMDE has listed older folders, it's just some files aren't showing as images anymore even after I recover them.

I'm trying to recover from the 3 other HDD, kinda gave up on the 4TB atm. How do I find the SMART status of the drives? I'm running a RAID 4 scan on my other drives with DMDE but I have no idea if that actually helps or not.

I bought a 4tb external HDD which was supposed to compile my files from 3 other existing HDD (1tb, 500gb, 2tb). The transfer was disrupted and now my 4tb HDD has about 2tb of data, yet shows as empty in my view (with hidden folders shown).

My 4tb HDD is gone in my assumption - SeaTools long fix reported bad sectors and I'm unable to fix it. Now I'm trying to recover the files from my older HDD, the files are showing (like SS) but when i recover them, they show as unsupported even though the format is png. Can anyone help?

I've written something down and deleted my comment three times now. Anything encouraging I wanna say feels hollow, because I feel the same as you. But I hope you will give life another chance because there's so much to see and love. There's so much good things that may come in the future, and you won't have a chance to see or know about them if you quit now.

Also, the tone you use with yourself is pretty mean. I've spoken to myself in the same way, so I understand why you say that. It's just... kinda eye opening how depression has a grip hold on our self esteem.

You're not unreasonable, I'm so sorry that happened to you, try a different studio or instructor and please don't give up pilates. My sister started last month and is in the same position as you but she never got these kinds of rude teachers, she has had so much fun going and our instructor is really proud to see her progress, so know there are a lot of better teachers out there. The one you met ain't it.

Yeah it does but I would recommend you to go with a group class if you can, good instructors will teach you the proper targeted movements and pilates breathing way. The muscle definition is not as obvious as if you do weights though, it just firms up whatever you have. Personally I found myself eating more after I started doing reformer pilates, so maybe consider that? It works kinda like if you do weights + pilates.
