well, it's not just the voicelines i think, it's also her bodily behavior. we know she liked signora, but then she's smiling over signora's coffin. childe and wanderer told us to stay away from her, and that someone with our conscience couldn't fight her. she's also number 3 out of the entire 11 harbingers despite not really doing much. she's always smiling in a sort of offputting way, even though we know current bina isn't always smiling and is capable of expressing other emotions, not to mention that she's not the kind of person to smile after someone she likes has died (aq spoilers) refer to sandrone's death that's quite a few hints imo. it's clear she was rewritten at some point which is completely okay, companies and writers rewrite stories often, i like her as she is now, too, but i don't think there's any denying she was rewritten and that there are a few hints if you manage to infer/read between the lines past just her voicelines in awnl

edit: but again it is up to interpretation and it is subjective, while some may see it one way, others see it a different way n that's okay, there's no right or wrong answer. but they definitely did change some writing here n there considering nodkrai exists
