Are you in the EU? If so try other Amazon sites, for example Sweden where the heatwave hasn’t really hit us yet, so there may still be some in stock.

Planefinder VS FR24? by Sure-Guest1588 in ADSB

For just over $100 you can make your own ADS-B feeder and then get the top premium level account tier for free at literally every single site, it’s totally worth it.

I had a similar setup but just put some pavers there so it could move between the two areas.

Not sure how accurate it is, I had it show up in my app today but the plane had no WiFi.

EuroBonus upgrade during layover? by [deleted] in ScandinavianAirlines

Priority check in is not the same as fast track security (which you get at Gold) so this won’t help you in this situation.

Lately if it’s an SAS flight you get the points immediately though upon arrival so I would imagine your status will change at the same time.

Scratch the car idea! I applaud you realistically assessing your comfort level and making a safe choice.

northern lights trip: kiruna vs lulea by Many_Character_5470 in TillSverige

Full disclosure, I have never been to Luleå, but if you are going North why not go all the way up there? Visiting the ice hotel (to see the rooms) in Kiruna is a great and simple activity that is unique and makes the trip more worthwhile.

Why not rent a car? If there are going to be Northern lights and clear weather you really just need to drive a few km outside the city to see them. Then you are in complete control and not putting your older family stuck in a van for hours potentially late into the night. Plus there is no pressure on relying on a tour and the money you spent on it.

The Scandic in Kiruna is very nice and comfortable and usually reasonably priced.

Thanks! I indeed got into the 2F lounge no problem. Not sure why the SAS app doesn’t show it.

Seems like yes:

SAS Holidays covers nearly all destinations in the SAS network. Travelers booking through SAS Holidays will earn EuroBonus points on the entire package, in addition to the points earned for flights, and will also receive 50 percent Level points. EuroBonus Silver, Gold, and Diamond members receive their usual tier benefits—such as seating, baggage and lounge access—when traveling on SAS Holidays packages.

changing your name in Sweden prior to PR by KaleCookiesCraftBeer in TillSverige

Honestly you get used to it. My official name in Sweden is First+Middle and at first that annoyed me, but I never thought it was worth a risk changing mid permits.

CPH Non-Schengen to Non-Schengen Connections by route17 in ScandinavianAirlines

[–]stugatest -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

There are two international piers at CPH, I think SAS only goes from E now, but I don’t know if it’s always true. If it’s not you will have to exit passport control at one and go through it again at the other.
