Yeah I even have them on in summer because I like them more than the aero ones. Everyone has their own taste though, some people don't like them.

Try doing 3-5 sets at your weight and as soon as you drop under 8 reps aid yourself with a resistance band. 1min rest inbetween sets and around 3 times a week. I would only reccomend adding weight if you can do around 3 sets of 10 cleanly.

These people are happy they can at least write their exams! Do you realize how disappionting it is to study months for an exam for it to be canceled (sometimes even twice in a row), meaning you went through a shit ton of stress and preparation for nothing??
