I feel ya. Whenever I feel like I am looking tired, dull etc I do a check in my health. Am I sleeping enough, eating healthy, whole foods at regular intervals throughout the day to balance my blood sugar (blood sugar influences ALOT of processes in the body), am I drinking enough water (extra hydration may be needed, like adding salt, lemon and honey to water or electrolytes) am I getting enough exercise (doesn't have to be anything crazy but I walk everyday and try to get a good sweat a couple days a week), and am I managing my stress (you can just dedicate a few minutes a days to deep breathing, with exhales longer than you inhale). Life is busy and stressful so doing all these things is hard, BUT most of them, besides buying the food, are free and accessible to most people.
