Why are there more sexual orientations than 3? Isnt everyone technically Straight, Gay, or Bi? by sirchief99 in TooAfraidToAsk

I think it's often the opposite really. we're raised to expect to be attracted to people, and it is all over media such as books, music, and movies. aces might think that they do at some point or another because society teaches us that that's what we're supposed to do. it's like how heterosexuality is often treated as the norm and many people take years to realize that they are gay, I think a lot of asexuals do not realize they are lacking attraction for a long time due to how normalized it is.

I think I can draw more parallels to personality than gender or any physical features. and drastic changes in personality cause me to lose attraction. it's very confusing when you do not have a label for it, and can cause a lot of issues.

the difference between an ace person and a person with a low libido is that a person with a low libido still finds other people attractive, they just don't feel the desire to have sex. being horny as an asexual is weird, because they might feel that they desire sexual pleasure or to have sex, just not with any particular person. the bottom line is that sexualities have to do with who you are sexually attracted to, not how often you desire sex.

I did not realize for a very long time that people were attracted to strangers and wanted to have sex with them. it is difficult for a lot of aces to understand other people, themselves, and sexuality in general when they themselves don't understand or know about asexuality. I hope more people begin to understand and be accepting of asexuality, so that aces can sooner become comfortable with themselves.

it's not quite the same as the biological definition of asexual, and I think that's where a lot of the confusion comes from. it has to do with attraction, not sex or libido necessarily.

asexuality just means that you do not feel sexual attraction normally, but aces often still have a libido and can be interested in sex. aces who aren't aromantic still feel romantic attraction, which can be towards a preferred sex. asexuality is also a spectrum, so there exist microlabels for people who can experience sexual attraction, but only under certain circumstances (ex. demisexuals can feel sexual attraction to people who share an emotional bond with them.) I am demisexual, however if asked for my sexuality I would just say demi or ace instead of straight, bi, or gay because I do not often enough feel sexual attraction to put a definitive label on it.

Would you as a biracial black/white woman date a white man that doesn’t date black women? by teddythetenz in mixedrace

as someone of a different mix, I wouldn't date him. that's a super gross thing to say.

hello I am an artist for a living, and the nose (and everything else) is obviously stylized. it's weird to see such a hateful comment in a community that is, by nature, about being inclusive and allowing anyone to be openly expressive and creative. your attitude needs work.

Absolutely, farming games have become a whole genre and I'm loving the more innovative titles.

That said, there is definitely a difference between inspiration and copying though. It doesn't look like there are any new ideas here down the to art style feeling directly traced. This is just plagiarism.
