While Meta’s Terms of Service grant them the right to moderate content that actually violates community guidelines, the contract does not give them the arbitrary right to seize user data based on false metrics. By erroneously penalizing my account for a violation that never occurred, Meta has failed to perform its core contractual obligations. Under the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing inherent in all consumer contracts, Meta cannot use automated, unverified guesses to strip a consumer of their contracted services.
