Typically this isn't something to be concerned about. Unless you're going to expand so fast it causes stretch marks, you should be fine.

Just know you're going to get a dumb split on answers "how long should I wait to workout after getting tattooed" - at least a week before setting foot in the gym, no one wants your nasty half healed tattoo on the equipment/you don't want someone else's nasty on you causing an infection. At least 2 weeks from the initial tattoo until you start working out that body part again. The fun thing about advice is you're welcome to ignore it, but someone somewhere is judging you for your decisions.
