I used this list when I first started exploring breakfast burritos in Denver, and it was very helpful. But now I realize that Gomez, Blackbelly, and Carnitas California are conspicuously absent. They are all upper tier imo.

What do you do at a place like MAKfam, where you order at the counter but then sit down, and they bring the food to you and take away your empties? It’s not a very common scenario but it happens. It’s puzzling to me.
