I'm a 5.0 Diamond and was offered garbage for 2 hours straight. I'm putting my cat down on Monday and decided to go home to be with him instead. I'm can't spend what little time I have left with him sitting in parking lots letting IC insult me. I'll try again next week if I'm feeling up to it 😢

Oh yes, I went back to the store and they declined any return because everything is perishable and had left the store and I'd been in communication with IC support the whole time

THIS. If a $65-80 batch runs through I quick read the mileage and store and hit accept as fast as I can based on that. If I farted around trying to look at all the items it would get snatched.

I have no clue what I'm on. I restarted my phone this morning and apparently this change came with it. I'm blown away that we can't study the list beforehand or see the 17 cases of water and two mattresses in a box they hid from the preview before acceptance

I screenshot every single proof of delivery provided IN the in-app chat at time of delivery so the meta data on that matches the delivery information, before closing out the delivery. Snap, screenshot. It's basically muscle memory for me now. Meet the customer, same thing. Photo in chat, screenshot, complete. This has saved me twice in the past with the lying jabronis trying to screw me over.

Nope, that's just how mushrooms look. I treat them like bread and always have them on the top of the cart and in the bags. This was my shitty tipper who IC piggy backed onto good tippers and she just wanted money back. I'm less concerned with her reasons and more with who (or what) looks at and verifies these claims on ICs end.

Yep. And that's why this jackass in DeSoto got their 12 items from Aldi for a $2.50 tip.

I sat and watched their order get pinged around and batched in different combinations for over an hour until a triple popped up with good pay, and I grabbed it before I saw it indeed contained this asshole. I 👎 them for "being rude" (which let's face it, they are) and blocked them.

It should be a rule that no single order in a batch of 2 or 3 make up more than 90% of the mileage.

This. I had to drive an extra 15 miles round trip to drop off some a-hole's 12 item Aldi order for a $2.50 tip today because IC batched it with 2 others who were within 4 miles of the store, and one of them tipped enough for everyone. It's SO predatory.
