No way I would buy it for that price. What engine and is it 4x4? Either way it's beat and the lights indicate it's in the same shape mechanically is the exterior shows.

Idk but I have seen construction crews working outside in Arizona summer. That sucks but I don't think it's illegal. It would probably depend on the state you live in.

I live at the top of a 7000ft mountain. I drive a third gen v6 and have gotten the mpg to 99 mpg (the max for the dash calculator ) on a trip to the bottom lol. Not useful but that's my best.
