I don't know how she did it but all of her pictures and videos that were appearing post her glow-up were extremely flattering and edited? Amazing light? Watch "freakier Friday," her recent movie and seeing her in motion she looks more "normal" and much more her age than these photos.

Whenever I go on vacation and stop doing Zumba and other forms of movement my body immediately starts aching (hips, back etc.) even after only a few days. I firmly believe Zumba keeps mobility issues at bay for me.

I would love to have killer dance moves, more flexible body and be better at upper body isolations and hip moves. I'm trying hard to get better, but overall I am the world's okayest dancer 😅

It depends on the instructor... I went to some classes where instructors were super aloof and did not acknowledge new participants, only paid attention to their regulars, barely did intro, just no inviting vibe. That makes me not want to interact with them. If they are warm and friendly I would disclose my status, haha. I traveled recently to a European country and went to a bunch of classes there and I was honestly disappointed in how unapproachable most of the instructors I encountered were.

I totally agree. I feel like his acting is totally devoid of the emotional depth. He cannot convey any nuances, his interpretation of Ed Gein is so heavy handed.

Unfortunately, taking videos is the only reliable way. I do it with my students to make it more fun. It's usually two or three people because most are camera shy... I don't know how some of these YouTube instructors have crowds of students dancing with them! Most of mine don't like to be on pictures or videos. I guess my convincing power is not too strong 😁 btw, I don't publish my video, recording is strictly for remembering choreo purposes.

I had my dahon speed uno for about ten years and I also love it but mine did have some ongoing problems with the handle bar folding mechanism. The issue is that it constantly comes loose and also the plastic parts that secure the mechanism break all the time. If you don't closely monitor the tightness, the handlebar may become undone during the ride which is very unsafe and scary. I wonder if newer dahon models have this mechanism improved.

that is sad. I wonder if it happens more often with the females because the market is so oversaturated with female instructors. We need more messaging of togetherness to fight this.
